EXECUTIVE COACHING

Joe Headshot.png

Leadership can be a lonely place to think.

When you’re the person everyone else comes to for answers, there aren’t always many places you can go with your own questions.

The difficult decision. The conversation you’re avoiding. The opportunity you’re not sure about. The thing in the business that doesn’t quite feel right.

Executive coaching with me gives you dedicated space to think properly about the things that matter.

I’ll listen, ask questions, challenge your thinking and bring an independent perspective. Where it’s useful, I’ll also draw on my own experience of leading, growing and transforming businesses.

This isn’t about giving you a textbook answer.

It’s about helping you make better decisions, lead with greater clarity and keep sight of the long view.

Proper conversation
02

Our sessions are working conversations, not lectures.

I’ll ask questions, challenge assumptions, explore different perspectives and help you get underneath the issue rather than simply dealing with the symptom.

And when you want my view, I’ll give it.

01
Your agenda

There’s no rigid coaching programme to work through.

We focus on what matters to you and your business at that moment.

That might be strategy, people, growth, culture, a difficult decision or simply something you need the space to think through properly.

ALWAYS
Perspective

Our conversations give you somewhere to step outside that noise and consider the bigger picture.

What are you trying to build? What deserves your attention?

And are the decisions you’re making today helping you get there?

03
Challenge

A good coach shouldn’t just agree with you.

I’ll support you, but I’ll also tell you when I think you’re avoiding something, overcomplicating it or looking at the problem from the wrong direction.

Always constructively. Always with the aim of helping you make a better decision.

How it works

Take the long view.
